What:

Volunteer Nanaimo offers:

• Community Income Tax Program assists those unemployed, with low incomes, on pension, or with disability claims.
• Seniors Online enables seniors to learn skills in computers, social media, and cell phones.
• “Watchdog”: computer and technology support for non-profit agencies and individuals with lower income.
• Volunteer YouthNetwork programs for youth
  ages 11 - 17
• Angel network programs including Christmas Angels, Angel Network Crafters, Helping Hands (coming soon)
• Engage and promote volunteerism for the community non-profit and charity organizations, advocate for volunteerism
• We host the Central Vancouver Island Autism Library - free lending service of books, games, DVD's, etc.

When:

Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 3:00pm. Volunteer Nanaimo is closed Fridays except on Tax Days.
